1. Pierced Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
2. Silver Jewelry products cannot be exchanged.
3. Customized Jewelry, which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer, is not eligible for exchange/return.
4. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
5. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for return/exchange.
6. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 10 Day Exchange period.
7. The exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
8. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
9. In case of a refund on a 10 days exchange, payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 working days of receipt of product and all the bank charges will be borne by the customer.
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the our employees and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
